Bending machines (Pressbreak, Folding) are used for forming applications of the flat metal sheets.

Pressbraks have many practical applications, since with the proper bending order and repetition in the workpiece, a variety of cross sections and shapes is produced with a wide industrial use.

Machine tools such as the press brake are widely used in large industrial companies as they are able to form sheets in a short time and with great accuracy.

The forming on the metal sheet is made by the pressure applied from the pressbreak with always the appropriate pressbreak tooling (punch and die).

The pressbreak tooling (punch and die) to be selected varies depending on the forming/bending needed, corner radius, profile of shape etc.
