Punching machines are used for cutting, punching and forming metal sheets (DCP and Stainless steel sheets). Punching are widely used in manufacturing of safety doors and safety vaults, electrical cabinets, network enclosures, elevators, metal shelves, customized doorbells / door stations and for metal subcontractors of various parts.
Punching are equipped with tool stations A, B, C, D, E, F with 24 to 40 tools (fixed and rotating stations).

 

STP punching series is well known for the following:

  • Technically superior controller CNC Fanuc GE.
  • Fanuc AC servomotors for high positioning accuracy.
  • Thermal treatment (annealing) of the machine frame.
  • The turret has 24 or up to 40 toolstations. Big diameter rotating toolstations. It is possible to increase tool positions by using multitool.
  • Standard four axes: X, Y (work table axes), T (turret axis) and C (rotating toolstation).
  • High axes operating speeds.
  • Telemechanique, Schneider, ABB, Siemens electrical parts.
  • Clamps protection system that stops the machine in case of plate releasing.
  • The work table has special brushes that absorb vibrations and minimize noise and damage to the workpiece.
  • CE certification.
