RADIAL

In Radial drilling machine, the machined part is clamped to the worktable (with clamping kit) and can be large in size. The drilling head can move in horizontal direction (on the arm) and rotated around the machine column. Radial Drilling machine has motorized lift and descent of the drilling arm. Drilling feed can be manual or automatic (mechanical feed by means of a suitable gearbox).
The main radial features are the length of the drilling arm from which the maximum workpiece size is determined, and the drilling motor power that determines the maximum drill bit diameter used for each material type.
